Why We Built This Site
Missouri makes many court records accessible, but the route depends on the record. The Circuit Court of St. Louis County, 21st Judicial Circuit, has civil, criminal, traffic, family, juvenile, probate, and specialty divisions. Municipal divisions use city-level clerks and instructions. The official statewide index can identify a case, yet the originating clerk is still the source for an official copy or a current setting. This site collects the public-facing, official paths without claiming to hold court records.
What You Will Find Here
- Docket guides: the local routes for criminal docket searches and civil docket searches.
- Dates and settings: ways to read and confirm a court date.
- Case identification: how to use a case lookup by name or case number.
- Record requests: the clerk channels for a court record search and certified copies.
What We Cannot Do
St. Louis County Court Docket is privately operated and has no affiliation with a Missouri court, clerk, or government agency. It cannot access official systems, change a setting, remove or seal a record, issue a certified copy, or provide legal advice. Current instructions come from the responsible court or clerk.
- We cannot retrieve an official docket sheet or case file.
- We cannot set, continue, or confirm a hearing.
- We cannot alter a court record or obtain access to a sealed one.
- We cannot issue a certified judgment, order, or docket copy.
- We cannot interpret how a rule or filing deadline applies to a particular case.
Only the court or clerk that maintains the record can confirm its current status or issue an official or certified copy.
Search Partners
Some pages include a third-party search widget. Its provider sets its own terms, pricing, and results. A paid sign-up may produce referral revenue for this site, but the widget is not an official Missouri court system and it does not replace Missouri Case.net or the office that maintains the record.
